Our seitan is for sale at the food cart, at Food Fight the vegan grocery on SE 12th and Stark and People’s Food Co-Op on SE 21st and Tibbetts.
We use the seitan in our popular Steak & Cheese sub, our take on a Philly Cheesesteak and in our Seitanic Chili. Seitan is a great addition to tacos, fajitas, gyros, pizza, stir fries, pot pies, and even as chicken fried steak.
